All through my life, i've been a couch potato, so I tend to slouch while sitting or standing.
Here's the problem, i've noticed that I have been getting back pain. If I were to run my hands down my back, I could actually feel my spine. People would always get concerned when they massage my back and feel my spine bulging out in certain areas, especially the mid-back.
I've been slouching too much that it's become part of me. If I were to sit/stand up straight, I get difficulties breathing, and I get more lower back pain when sitting/standing up straight.
I'm an 18 year old male.
Help or advice would be nice.
