Q: Ms & Having a Partial Hysterectomy

Hi,
i have had ms for 16 years & my gyne said I need a partial hysterectomy. I take copaxone everyday & just had 2 exhasterbations in sept of 05 1 right after the other. Also I received 12000 mg's of iv steroids in 1 year 7000 in sept 05.
I was wondering will having this procedure will harm me in any way?? I am scared
