Someone on another board suggested that I try taking an herbal supplement called vitex. I am just off of nuvaring and am ttc. I have only been on vitex for a couple of days so I don't know for sure if it will work. When I got of bcps years ago, I got provera from my doctor. It makes you have a period. I had to do this several times before I finally had af on my own. It was over a year for me. Hope this helps.
