Q: Achy Legs

Hi all! I'm 25 weeks along with my daughter, also my first. I was wondering if any of you experienced horrible achy upper legs. It feels like i've pulled a groin muscle or something. And I know I haven't because I haven't been active these past few days because i've had a head cold so i've just been lying around. This is just too weird. :(

Ahcy All Over
Hey there...

I am only 14 weeks and I have been aching in my legs and back for some time now, especially after a hard day at work when I have been on my feet for awhile...

I think it is normal, I spoke to my gyn about it and he just laughed and said it will get worse before it gets better, but I will take achy legs and body for this little miracle inside me!!

Good luck and I hope you feel better

Yeah, I had a dr appointment today and he said the groin area is a very normal place to have the achey's. And to look forward to all kinds of weird aches before the baby is born.

Thanks for all your replies.

:lmao: tell me about it! Have you strained an ab muscle yet? I did and couldn't move around for a weekend. I was so surprised because all I did was sit up and I strained it. That was fun.
I was so shocked, I used to be a dancer so I thought no problems for me in the ab department. I thought that stuff like that happened to people w/"weak" abs. My doctor was like "every pregnant woman has weak abs".
