My uncle who love dearly has been diagnosed with stomach cancer that has sread to his throat and intestines. They say it is inoperable and he needs to start chemo, and radiation immediatly. Someone please tell me the truth, how long does he have.

It's honestly hard to say... It depends on how he reacts to chemo.. How strong he is.. Some people live months to years beyond their "projected" lifespan.. Others succumb to it much more easily. I wish your uncle well though...
