Q: Plz Help Me I Dont Kno Wat 2 Do

Ok..I weigh about 215 and im 15 and lke 5'4"....Im overweight and im spose 2 weigh between 129-159...I wanna lose weight but its so hard 4 me and its lke makin me soooooo mad and I wanna lose weight without straving myself or makin myself sick..My grandma is there 2 back me up and she even wants 2 lose weight...Im juss really depressed about it...Sum1 help :cry:

Maybe you and your grandmother could do weight watchers together. I've known a lot of young people your age have great results doing this. I use to work in pediatrics and adolescents. The doctors always supported weight watchers for younger people like you, because you can eat alot of things that you like as long as its in the range of points for the point system. You may also have to get your Dr. Approval for this. I hope that maybe this helped a little. I know its very hard when your trying to lose weight. Hang in there hopefully things will get easier. :)

Especially eHealthy
You should go on a no starch diet.Which means no bread,no peas no corn no pasta,no potato/potato chips,anything with starch in it.My friend did that diet and lost a crap load of weight.Hope I helped
