Help!

i have switched pills, I used to be on dianette, now i'm on mycrogynon 30, have been on it for over a year. But I have had enough, my skin is bad and I have the lowest sex drive ever!
Could it be the pill? Or am I just so unlucky?
My gp doesn't seem to be interested when I enquire and to be honest I feel a little intimidated by him which doesn't help. So you, guys , are the only help I have!
Help me please!

Perhaps you should seek a female gp, and yes I think switching pills would help. Triphasic pills seem to be better for women as far as their skin health (acne), and some women find their sex drive improve too. In the us we have ortho tri cyclen, which many women find to be excellent in clearing the skin. Definately give a new pill a try, there are many out there that may be a better match.

Hi! Maybe switching to a lower dose hormone pill will help you out. Ortho tri cyclen lo is a 25 pill which, yours is a 30, so maybe that will make you feel a little better. I was on it for about 7 months, but I take it to help ease period pain and the dosage wasn't enough for me so I switched to seasonale. My skin actually had less break outs when I was on the ortho so I am hoping it may help you! Good luck!
