Q: Acne Caused Ny Pillow?

I was curious if sleeping face down on your pillow clogs your pores causing acne? Because of this i've been sleeping face up for years and its so uncomfortable. I believe its a factor in causing acne. Even though i'm not sure but I feel as though every time I sleep face down on my pillow I get a new zit on that side of my face. So can someone tell me? I would deeply appreciate it.
