Ok guys, do any of you get just a very slight pain in your left arm? Mine is in the joint, and it's freaking me out! I'm so afraid i'm going to have a heart attack sometime, can someone relate?! And now that i've seen the symptoms, i'm getting more worried! Someone please help! God I hate panic disorder...

Hi

i have had pains all over my bosy and my arm is just one of them. Whenever I get a pain in my chest I think thats it i`m having a heart attack. If I strain a muscle I think the worst too, your definately not alone!
