Ok..... let's stay off the abortion and judging others thing cause that's not what this thread is about. *I'm not saying I'm for it or against it, it's just not helping with the initial poster's question*
Anywho, if you are having cramps after sex, it could be due to a uterian or ovarian cyst.
Personally, I got pregnant a few weeks after marriage and we didn't know we were pregnant. I was late but no other symptoms.
With our second child, I had an ovarian cyst rupture and ended up in the hospital. There was nothing they could do but diagnose. I had cramping and bleeding (just some spotting) that morning but the cramping got worse so my midwife sent me to the hospital. They did an ultrasound and said I had a cyst that had ruptured.
At my follow-up the next day with my midwife, she took some blood just to double check that I was or wasn't pregnant. A week later she took more blood to compare the hormone levels. They had shot up so high she had no doubt I was pregnant.
Basically, I had an egg implant at or about the same time I had a cyst rupture. Healthy pregnancy. My second is now 14 months old.
So, long story short. Implantation cramping doesn't happen every time with someone who's had it. It might, but it doesn't mean that everyone will be that way.
It could be a cyst.
Get it checked out either way. If you get a negative on the urine test but still think you might be pregnant, go get a blood test done. You'll have to wait a few days to get another test to compare it to but sometimes that's what it takes.
For those wanting to be pregnant, God's blessings. For those not wanting to be pregnant, God's blessing to you too.
