I have had this recurring nausea for around 8 weeks. The only thing that makes me feel better is when I eat. And sometimes I can go 2 or 3 days with no nausea then boom it's back. My wife thinks it's stress cause im under a great deal of that but i've never experienced tghis kind of peristant nausea before. I don't throw up but feel like I need to. I've had a chest xray, blood work - all fine, waiting on the results from an ultra sound...

Whats the deal, could this be stress and anxiety? This long? Anyone have any thoughts?

Hey
Just wondering, when you have the nausea, is it like a cold, sour feeling in your stomach? If so, I have nausea everyday, every hour, and it barely leaves. I've just learned to live with it and hope it gets better, but you're not alone. Hope the best for you.

I Hate It
I wouldn't describe it as cold but at times it does feel sour, just frustrating!

Frustrating Indeed.
Yeah, it is frustrating, but just try to cope with it, try to cut down on the stress, and when it does feel sick, try some relaxing stuff to calm the nerves, and i've found out it usually helps a lot. Or sometimes even eating a little something helps me anyway, not sure if it would help you though, but at least you know you're not alone. Cheers.

Thans For the Info
Well, to be honest there is a list of things that have happend over the past 8 months that are in the top 5 worse things to cause serious stress. And the latest has been my grandmother passing. I ended up in the emrgency room this weekend, they gave me some anti-nausea meds that have helped, but he said it's most definatly stress. But sometimes they way my mind works combined with this nausea and pain (which are very real) I continue to worry I may have cancer or some other problem.

Btw, what is eft? Thanks
