Taking a pregnancy test after the date of
an expected period is a fairly certain
method for confirming pregnancy. The
results of such a test are valid. If your
pregnancy test was negative, you are not
pregnant. You are not, however, telling me
enough information about your menstrual
cycles before you started taking “ortho
evra”. Nonetheless, it seems that the
regular weekly vaginal bleedings were not
real periods but false menstruations. In
your case, a late “period” could be a
sign of cycle normalization. You will need
to visit a gynecologist for an ultrasound
examination of the ovaries and the uterus.
You can also request hormonal analyses.
It is very important to see if you have
ovulation or not.
