I was saying a few month ago that I was overweight.
I dared to step onto the scales today to see what my current weight is and was pleasently surprised.
Without even realiseing it I have drop 2 stone and nearly at what I would see as an ideal weight.Even if I could drop another couple but I dont want to make that my mission lol.
It was relatively easy for me,limit my alcohol consumption for a start cause I feel that puts more weight on than anyone would think and basically stop snacking and try eating more healthly.
Plus due to situations I have been doing a lot more exercise though its only been walking.Im proud of myself.Plus in the process I have felt a change in myself and feel better inside.
May not have the best body in the world but that wasnt my intentions.Just the weight loss is all I wanted.
I am going to be taking up cycleing again and have 2 25 mile bike rides comeing up later im the year.Any advice on what to do and im also going to get a new bike as well cause this one I have has a a major problem and I cant be bothered fixing the old piece of junk
