I've noticed that after sex my abdomen is sore, like I strained too hard. Could there be more reasons of why it hurts?

I've been experiencing the same thing...I'm wondering if it's because I contract my stomach muscles and pc muscles during? May help...

Most of the time it happens when you are on the bottom.You use your stomache muscles a lot.
