Does anyone ever get really sore breast and nipples that are sensitive around right before or around the time ovulation is occuring?

I've never had this occur but my friends sisters breast are hurting in the middle of her cycle. She thinks she pregnant, so im just trying to see if its ovulation thats making her breast hurt
