Desperately Seeking Help. Fiance At Risk For Tb From Brother

I am hoping that I can have some help with this. My fiance is currently in vietnam. She just returned to saigon after a semester in germany. She's graduated now and she and I were planning on marrying late this year.

However, after returning home around january 2 her 23 year old brother was discharged from the army and returned home not looking well. Long story short, he has active tb and is coughing up a storm. Yet the doctors sent him home!! He is not being quarantined at all. His family has a small three bedroom apartment with one bathroom. This all but guarantees they will all be infected in no time at all.

What can be done here? It appears that the brother will not be given the drugs needed to fully combat this disease. If his sister and parents become infected, we are talking about an entire family that can be wiped out.

I am panicked and devastated. We both worry we will not be able to mary and that she will not be allowed entry into the u.S. If she becomes infected.

Please, what can be done? Can anyone help me? I just do not know how to help them.
