Q: Constant Release of Gas...

I dont know what is wrong with me but during class and troughout the day I constantly release gas without me knowing it, except the smell. I dont have any sort of pain. I have taken over the counter gas relief pills, beano / gas-x, but they only temporarly stop the gas release. I have tried the kegal method to retain my rectum muscles but I dont think it works. I feel embarrased to even walk around class since that would cause the smell to spread. There is no sound or feeling when the gas releases, it just happens automatically without me knowing, at first I thought it were people around me farting but it was actually me. This has been happening for half a year.
I also try to follow the food eating methods like eating slowly and not swallowing air, and also I have cut down on eating gas causing food like beans, onions...Etc.. But the problem still exists.
Please help me, I dont want to be embarrassed by going to the doctor for this.
