Hi lisa
wow that's terrible to have to have a historectamy but could this be menoupaus since most women I think go into that with a historectamy?
It does sound like lupus as well, it's true you can have a positve ana test and not have lupus, as well as there are a select few that can have a negative ana test and still have lupus.
I really don't know what to tell you but to keep an eye out for new symptoms and side effects from your meds and keep plugging away at the doctors sometime these dignosis take time.
I always keep a peice of paper or on word on my computer a list of all my meds and daily how I feel from the time I get up to bed.
Everyday I list what med i've taken and how I feel that day that way I can see any patterns throughout the weeks. I also keep a list of my meds especially when starting new ones and how I feel on them and any side effects I get, I add to it when I feel a new effect or somthing weird I list it as a symptom (new)
then I print or take the info with me to the doc and that makes it easier for us to see any unusual patterns or to change drugs if i'm not feeling well on a certin type of one.
I hope you feel better soon
take care
