I have had 3 different partners, but the last time me and my boyfriend had intercourse, the next day all I could feel were shooting pains where my ovaries are...Painful enough I would actually be taken aback by them. Yesterday I was fine, now today I feel like getting cramps again which I haven't gotten since I started the pill. Yes I am on the pill, and he used a condom. Anyone have any advice or thought?

Maybe you had a cyst on your ovary and it burst. That can be really quite painful

Well i've been having a few pains here and there for the last 3 months so it could possibly be non-sex related at all...Worrisome perhaps?

Me Too
I had exactly the same type pains after sex and just shrugged them off but then they got that painfull I never wanted sexand it wasnt until I researched my symptoms and got a chlamydia test online to try and rule things out,yet it was positive and I had been with the same partner for 4 years. So we both had to be treated.
And I know you used a condom but it can be contracted orally to.
Maybe go to your gp and mention your symptoms bcos it could also be pelvic inflammtory disease(pid). :d

The pains have stopped now but I have to rule out std because we hadn't had oral sex until after these pains has occured. They only lasted a few days but still I wonder what it may be. And as I mentioned I haven't had cramps since I started the pill back in october and yet they are slightly and faintly there. Maybe i'm just paying more attention to these things now that i'm active again
