Hi. I skipped last month's placebo pills. I am unsure when I am supposed to start my real pills back. I am out of pills now and back to the placebo pack. What do I need to do? I need to get re-regulated.

When you skip periods, if you want to keep going on skipping, you just keep taking the active pills instead of placebos.

But if you want to stop skipping, you just take the placebo pills, and then when they are done you start the next pack.
