Hi, wondering if anybody can give me advice. Got very very drunk and had sex just over 13 weeks ago with an expensive prostitute in hong kongphilipino whilst on business. Started off using a condom, but soon came off as I couldn't manage full erection due to alcohol. Did manage penetration a few times, but due to lack of erection gave up as a waste of time. Also performed oral on the girl, but again only for a few mins. I'm also circumcised, don't know if that helps but have read that circumcised men have less chance of infection.
Have developed none of the usual documented symptoms for hiv apart from a sore throat about 12 days after event, but this only lasted 2 days. Now all I can think about is that I may have contracted hiv and it's worrying me to death. Now every littel cough or sneeze or ache I think it's hiv. Am I worrying myself needlessly or what. Any advice would be helpful.

Dont Worry. But Its a Warning to Be Safe And Healthy
Dont worry. But, if you are still not convinced you could get tested after a 3 month window period. But being a circumcised man, does not stop you from getting ifected. However, the chances of infection at the fist attempt ranges from 1 in 300 to 10000.

Take care and do safe
bye and god bless

Test
I gather from your post that you did have unprotected sex (wasn't totally clear), which does warrant testing. It is very likely you'll be ok, but it would be a wise idea. Since it was over 13 weeks ago, now is the perfect time to find out, since the test will be entirely conclusive.

Good luck to you.
