I am 19 years old and have not had a history of testicular problems.

In the past few days when engaged in sex I noticed that my right testicle becomes significantly more elevated than it ever has been before. I also noticed it does this when urinating. I think this is the pc muscle flexing?

Anyway, it comes right up below the shaft now and it has always been normal before this. I also have a strange sensation in it now, but it is not pain. Does anyone know what this could be? Should I see a doctor?
