I found a lump on my lower back just behind my hips. The first time I noticed it was a year ago and it was only half of the size it is today. It's not painful it only bothers me when I sit for a long time or when I pick up something. It's soft and I can move in around. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks in advance

I dont know what it is, but I have one right by my dimple above my butt. Mine only hurts when I touch it, or when my kidneys hurt. I used to get uti's all the time, and my kidneys would always hurt before they would finally find the infection--although I already knew I had a uti. Anyway, it would hurt every time I hurt with the uti, when my kidneys start to hurt. I dont know if yours could be anything like mine. And mine also got bigger, but now it seems smaller than last time I felt it.
