I dont know what it is, but I have one right by my dimple above my butt. Mine only hurts when I touch it, or when my kidneys hurt. I used to get uti's all the time, and my kidneys would always hurt before they would finally find the infection--although I already knew I had a uti. Anyway, it would hurt every time I hurt with the uti, when my kidneys start to hurt. I dont know if yours could be anything like mine. And mine also got bigger, but now it seems smaller than last time I felt it.

i have the same thing as you do.. did you go to the doctor and get t checked out.. should i worry.. had it over a couple of years.. hasnt grown in size but still thought i should ask
