Q: Improving Gum Health with Propolis
asked by: DoctorQuestion on January 30th, 2006
I have never had any dental problems. A few months ago I developed gingivitus according to my dentist. Some of my gums receded and it scared me. Since then I have been following a rigid oral health regime. I floss, brush twice a day and use mouthwash. My gums are at a stalemate. They dont get any worse but they stay puffy. Any ideas for how to improve their health? My dentist keeps telling me to just keep brushing .. but they dont seem to get an better. ANy help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Check with your dentist about the efficiency and use of propolis, a by-product of bees that is used to help improve the health of your gums. This alternative might help treat the swelling of the gums caused by gingivitis
