It happened on the third day after my period ended, I know there is a small chance but... Its 28 days past that and no periods untill this time. We did a lemon concentrate injection on second day, hope that helps. If I get pregnant, abortion is the only way to avoid a child? Please help, very scared and its not the right time for me to have a baby

Hello... Abortion or adoption is the only way to avoid having a child. You are in canada so healthcare is covered, and abortion at a hospital should be too. Lemon isn't what I would call effective birth control, while it is acidic, I would not trust it.. But adoption and abortion would be your options.

dont get me wrong, I do want to have a child but not now so adoption is out of the question. In this early period (3rd week) what are the circumstances of an abortion?

I have had an abortion, and it's okay, you will be able to have children later on :)

the best thing you can do now is to locate a hospital or abortion clinic close by you.
this is a private abortion clinic in toronto.

You can have an baoriton by pill, or surgical abortion. Personally I prefer surgical abortion, it is over with in 3-5 minutes or less, and you can be put to sleep. You know it's done right then, the pill abortion takes in full about 2-3 days. It is totally up to you, and either way is a good option.
The main thing to do now is to start looking for clinics, and make a consultation. Or find a hospital which offers them and consult them, I know manyu canadian women do this because it is covered 100% under your healthcare. If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

thank you very much, you made me feel much better
one last and horrible question which I didnt want to ask but.....: what are the chances that I will not be able to give birth again after abortion? I know its an early stage so maybe this will decrease the chance?

having an abortion is very unlikely to have any impact on your subsequent ability to conceive, particular a first-trimester abortion. (actually carrying a pregnancy to term would be far more likely to cause damage, so if you want to have a child in the future, giving up for adoption is actually riskier.)

Yes, actually giving birth harms your fertility more than abortion. There is a .1% chance you will be infertile.
