yeah I didn't have any symptoms ... Well
my feet started swelling a bit, that is
what brought me into see the Dr.

Currently dr says it is just 'elevated'
and I need to watch it
3. What have you been told to cut out of
your diet? Salt/sodium mostly

Sometimes there are no symptoms. Thats
why it is known as the silent killer.
