Ok guys I would really appreciate it if u culd answer a few questions for me because my coursework is due in thursday... Thanx
1. Gender and age
2. When were you diagnosed with high blood pressure?
3. What have you/been told to cut out of your diet?
4. What were the symptoms of high blood pressure?
5. Are you feeling any better from changing diets/ doing something different?

yeah I didn't have any symptoms ... Well my feet started swelling a bit, that is what brought me into see the Dr.


I don't know if it matters anymore but here are my anwsers ...


1. Gender and age? Female 32
2. When were you diagnosed with high blood pressure? About 6 months ago ... Currently dr says it is just 'elevated' and I need to watch it
3. What have you been told to cut out of your diet? Salt/sodium mostly
4. What were the symptoms of high blood pressure? See above
5. Are you feeling any better from changing diets/doing something different? No, not really ... About the same

Sometimes there are no symptoms. Thats why it is known as the silent killer.
