Ct shows l4/l5 l5/s1 xray shows 20% off t11 and pain in the neck I fell over at work landed on my back side I have had carpal tunnel for 6 years now I have pull up with the pain but now the pain gets to be to much some days all the doc's are said 4 to 6 week well its been over 3 months now they are full of it what can I do???? Work cover had me going to the gym witch did not do a lot of good for my back or carpal tunnel any help will do i'm sick of the pain
