I have some sort of lump above my left testicle. It isnt really attached to it, it feels like the tube coming off of it is enlarged, and I dont know whether I should see a doctor. Im only 16, any ideas what this could possibly be?

Yes you should go to your doc. It sounds like epiditimitus which is just an infection inside your epididmus and can be easily treated.

It is not an std and the doc will not think anything of it. You could also have a varicocele which is like having varicose veins but inside your scrotum. Also can be fixed but requires surgery.
