Girls I got the book....Basically it says these things....Eat right...Meaning no caffeine, no chocolate, no white flour ; mostly fruits and vegetables (organic) and proteins 3 times a week (also organic). Take hefty doses of multi-vitamins and exercise regularly..Both mom and dad to be. Of the vitamin regimens, zinc seemed to be a biggy. Emotional health is important, you need to take time out of your schedules to relax. Meaning just that...Relax, take time off together and enjoy the moments, take up yoga or meditation, etc. It also said it's important to be ready to be a mom, and that you might need to overcome any negative emotions/mindsets that might keep you from becoming preggy. And it offers a suitable ways to do that too. And most importantly it tells you the importance of the days you have sex before ovulation. This means it's best when a fresh egg meets a fresh sperm...Sex should take place a day before ovulation and not after ovulation so the chances of the sperm and egg being fresh are best. It also tells how to help your man build up sperm so there's more to work with.
