Welcome to the wonderful world of
pregnancy!
I myself am a new mommy to be. I don't
know what I can tell you about teen
pregnancy, but ehealth has a forum for
just that and i'm sure you will find a lot
more people to chat with. Do you know
how far along you are? I am 34 weeks
and 3 days. At the beginning of my
pregnancy I felt just fine, no morning
sickness or anything, just a little tired,
tender breasts and things of that sort.
After getting into my second trimester
the baby was pressing on my siatic (not
sure of the spelling) nerve, causing my
left leg between my hip and knee to just
ache! Finally she moved off that and
since then I haven't had any problems with
that. You want to be sure to take your
prenatal vitamins, and get your iron
checked. It's common for young women,
especially pregnant women to have low
iron, and this will cause you to feel a
lot more tired than usual. I've been
taking iron supplements for about 3 weeks
now and I can tell a huge difference.
If you've got any more questions let me
know and i'll do my best to answer!
Good luck!
I'm 18 (17 when I found out I was
pregnant) the site has a forum for teen
pregnancy but if you have any questions
feel free to pm me (click on my user name
and then "pm user"), or email me at kimzsta
r@hotmail.Com or if you feel
comfortable enough ask away on here. :d

I was in the same boat with
hopeful...Although my ciatic nerve was
pinched at 11 weeks and lasted till about
my 18th...During this time I was going to
school and had to deal with patients all
day long going up and down flights of
stairs...Talk about pain!!!! I had
.N.E.V.E.R experienced a pain like that in
my life. It was also on my left side...I
was even laying with my head and upper
body off of the bed to get her to move up
and off of it!! I'm glad that's over!
Only every now and then will she rest on
it...Then come the tears!! But other than
that..I had almost the perfect
pregnancy..I'm still preggy..But the
symptom parts are pretty much over..Except
for the weight gain and the heartburn!!
Yow....Now that's a mother!! Leg cramps
are getting worse by the day!! Hopefully
I don't experience braxton hicks!! That
would be just wonderful!!
Good luck honey!! You'll be fine!! We're
all here to answer any of your
questions!!
