Q: Weird Rib Thing

Hiiii!

Well ive got this weird thing on my left rib and its not really a lump it just sticks out and its kinda squashy when you touch it.But it doesnt hurt just feels awkward when I lie on it.Anyone know what it is or if its dangerous?
