[i'll just list all the problems or symptoms and see what you think]

myself:
-age:20
-body: I look athletic and pretty toned despite not exercising due to the lack of energy that came on few years ago. I weigh 130lbs and am 5ft 6in.
-medical: was once almost "anemic" on a small level, advised to take in more iron.

Broken down symptoms:
-lethargy, lack of energy.
-lack of focus, ability to remember or memorize etc.
-headaches between the eyes and rear base of my head.

-dizziness and lightheadedness, usually when standing up at any time. Even standing up slowly. Sometimes randomly while walking and I feel about to faint.

-shortness of breath.

-tightness in chest.

-occasionally sharp shooting pains in the chest or around the left side from front to back (under the left arm pit).
-sometimes blurry vision.

-sometimes light gives me a headache.

-random insomnia ever since I was young.

-almost constant lower back pain (i've worked a few physical jobs like carwashing and stocking heavy stuff in a grocery store).

---longer explanations of above symptoms with details-----
for maybe a year or two i've had almost constant "lethargy" or lack of energy and I sleep alot. I've been dizzy almost everytime I stand up and get headaches alot, many times also suffer from insomnia on occasions.

I don't seem to be able to grasp things as easily now mentally like i'm not as smart or something, harder for me to memorize things etc.

Due to the lack of energy, sleepiness (and sleeping for really long hours sometimes), dizziness, unable to focus and think well I haven't been exercising and makes it difficult to get out and about while feeling ..Well like "crap" I guess. Few months ago I had a job working in a grocery store and it involved alot of lifting heavy stuff and it may have put alot of strain on my back but what concerns me alot more instead of constant back pain is that sometimes while stocking I would get tightness in my chest and have trouble breathing. Not a wheezing like asthma but like having to take slower deeper breaths. I still have this problem almost daily (tightness and some lack of breath).

Anyway the big concern was once in awhile while stocking I had a shooting sharp pain in my chest, from what I can remember it was my whole chest. I had to stop what I was doing, lean over something and not move while I held my chest and breathed slowly and softly until it went away. I quit this job and have been unemployed at home for a few months and haven't had really any sharp shooting pain to that degree anymore.

After I quit and had been sleeping, relaxing and not doing much I noticed I have a very uncomfortable feeling in the left side of my chest around to the left side of my back. I can't sleep on my left side without having some trouble breathing properly, the most comfortable position is flat on my back or my right side. I get pains in my chest and that left area (kind of under the left arm pit) sometimes and the more I move or breath the more it hurts.

Sometimes when I get these pains, breathing problems or severe headaches they all call for stopping movement, breathing slowly and holding my chest/covering my eyes(headaches). They subside after a few minutes usually but always come back. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. The only thoughts I have is to get a blood test and see a chiropractor.

I did a little reading and most of the symptoms seem to be a more severe case of anemia. Any opinions on that? Guess I should get another blood test.
