Ok, I don't really know how to explain this but, I used to run every other day..I stopped for over a month, pretty much completely, because I had no time.

Now, when I run, I get a weird discharge..Its not clear, its not yellow, its not pink..Its kind of like a really light brownish pinkish color, but sometimes more whitish.

I'm on ortho tricyclen lo and I always take my pill at the same time every day and haven't had any problems before. (and when I have sex we use a condom). My off week was last week and I guess I started the pill a day earlier.

Has this happened to anyone else before? I'm thinking it could be a yeast infection but usually those are a different color. But, I really have no idea. This has only happened the past two times I have run this week, so if its still happening after this weekend I guess i'll find a doctor.

I agree it doesn't sound like a yeast infection. It could just be left over blood from when you had your period and the running is just coaxing it out from muscle movement. I would ask your doctor if it continues.. It could be you are developing spotting from the birth control. I started to get mid-cycle spotting when I was on low-estrogen pills and had to go back up to the regular ortho pills.
