Recently i've noticed an unusual creamy
off white liquid underneath my foreskin
and a slight irritation at the tip of my
penis, as well as an unusual odour.
Theoretically im still a virgin the only
possible time I could have contracted an
sti was when I was fooling around with
this girl in the ocean and my genitals
rubbed against hers but never went in.
The symptoms didnt start showing up until
3-4 weeks later. Someone help, i'm
afraid to go to the doctor becuase I live
in a small town and I dont want everyone
to know, I might go to an sti clinic....
Any suggestions?

Also I forgot to add, my foreskin has been
dry and cracking and was difficult to
retract for a while. Would ketaconazole
help with the infection or is it not
recommended?
