Hey,

the cartilidge wall between my two nostrils is bent pretty bad to one side. I don't know how severe on a scale from 1 to 10, i'm not a doctor. But I do suffer from nasal congestion a lot of the time. When I jam my finger up there (purely for this problem!) I can kind of tell that the wall is blocking off part of the passageway. It's really annoying and I want to breath freely.

What do I do?

Obviously I should go to my general doctor? Is this kind of thing warrant an operation? Is the operation very invasive?
