Could I Be Having a Miscarriage

Hi I was wondering if any one could tell me their opinion on this... My fiance and I had sex on jan. 14th which happened to be the most fertile day or my cycle. My last period ended on jan. 6th and now I have my period again (jan.26th)

this so far is unlike any other period I have ever had... I have bright red (like really bright red not even like a dark red) blood with tissuey peices much thicker and in a larger quantity than normal. I don't have any cramps or pain though...?

Period or early miscarrage?
