Q: Fat to Muscle

I am 5'6 and weigh 150 pounds. I have been working out for four months consistently. I was eaten a lot of protein and drinking protein shakes. I have gotten bigger, but I feel like I am getting fatter in the lower stomach area. I did have a visible six pack, but now only four abs are visible. I have cut back on eaten hoping it would make the fat go away. Now, I am losing my muscle more than I expected. I need advice on what I need to eat and what vitamins to take to keep my muscle, but to loose any fat that I have.

Go to a bodybuilding forum, you can either bulk or cut not both at the same time. Either build muscle and get big then get rid of the fat later or get rid of the fat but loose some muscle, you cant do both at the same time without the drugs.
