How Can I Get Pregnant?

I am 17 years old and I know that I am
financially stable and ready to have a
baby. I have never tried to get pregnant
before but my boyfriend and I am ready. I
never thought that no one 17 could
possibly be ready to have kids but if you
are ready then I say go for it. I am
going to start trying next month. By the
time I have my baby I will be 18 and ready
to get my own apartment to support my
family. Please give me advice if you
think I am making a good decision or if
you think that I am throwing my life away.

how can you get pregnant????? Sorry
that's a funny question. If you are
ready then you are ready. 17 is young I
have to say, but hey it's up to you. I'm
21 and my husband and I just decided to
stop the birth control, so i'm getting
ready too. I think i'm young but I also
think we are ready for this. At 17 I
would never have dreamed of having a baby,
only because I wouldn't be able to give it
everything it deserved at that point in my
life, but now i'm financially stable, with
a good job, healthy, and a family of my
own. Like I said, it's up to you and
your boyfriend to decide. Just think of
what your baby is going to need.

You go with your heart, what we say
shouldn't matter. No one on here knows
you or knows how good of a mother you
would be. I had my son at 19, and am
preg with #2 (i'm 22). I am married, but
if you have support you will be okay.
Age isn't a factor, maturity is. If you
are ready then do. If you have doubts
wait a little while. But to answer you
question. If you have a 28 day cycle,
from the first day of your period until
another period starts, you will most
likely ovulate on the 14th day of your
cycle. Your most fertile days would be
the 12th, 13th, and 14th days of your
cycle. Good luck on whatever you
decide.

If you and your bf are ready to have a
bubba then go for it just make sure you
have support and things for your baby,
also remember that parenting can be
difficult it doesn;t matter whether you're
17 or 37. I hope all goes well for you.:)

Alll I can say is think long and hard if
your really ready to have a baby before
trying.
My name is kisha I am 17 years old and 24
weks pregnant. I will be 18 just after
she is born.
Me and my bf though we wer ready to have
kids, but since I got pregnant alot of
things have happend and we are now stuck
living with his parents.
Things have been so vary stressful and
hard to get through. Im starting to think
we should have waited a bit longer to have
kids.
But it was not a mistake and im still vary
happy.
All im saying is think long and hard cuz
anything can happen at such a younge age
to make it hard to rase a child
i have so many prepole thinging I cant do
it and that I should go to a pregnancy
shelter. Really all there doing is
streeing me out more, and its really
starting to piss me off. I never thought
I would have so many prople on my a$$.
But after you think long and hard about it
and you and your bf still want to try at
this age I say go for it and dont let
anyone stand in your way.
I cant wait tell my little girl is born
and I can holder in my arms.

Me and my boyfriend thought about it and
we still want to go through with it. I
really thank you all for being so
supportive and not getting all on my back,
like most people would do. Yall are going
to make good parents one day and your
child will feel he/she can talk to you
about anything. Well my last period was
on the 6th and it ended fully on the 13th.
Now I once was told that you count 14
days from the end of you period and that
when you ovulate. Is that true??? My
cycle is about 30 to 31 days. So when do
you suggest I should try???? I want to
make it right the first time so I won't be
disappointed. Please help me out.

You have to go with your heart and some
common sense.
I planned my pregnancy at 18 and my son is
now 13 months old. It's happened pretty
much like I planned/hoped it would.
Realize that everything changes and can
change though. You have to give up a lot
(at least for a while) to have a child.
So if you have a good job and want to go
to college right away, that's not going to
happen if you have a baby because you'll
have to stay home for a while.
Other then that, good luck.

you count the first day of bleeding as day
1, so the 6th would have been day 1 of
your cycle.
Your most fertile days will be days
12-18during your cycle (so that would be
the 18th -24th...If your period started on
the 6th). This means that between the
12th and 18th day of your cycle, you are
going to ovulate. The best time to have
intercourse in order to improve chances of
conception would be from days 10-18 (so
that would be the 16th-24th). This is
because the male sperm will survive for up
to 72 hours once released. So to have a
fair chance at conceiving should you
ovulate on the 12th day of your cycle, you
should start having intercourse from day
10, instead of day 12.
This is all based on a 28 day cycle, but
yours shouldn't be alot different. Maybe
just keep going a little long...
If this didn't help, I got my info from:
http://www.Pregnanc
y-info.Net/ovulation.Html
so you can check it out there, they
probably do a better job of explaining
better than I do

Ok I think I am going to wait until the
last day of my next period. Because if
the information that the other girl gave
me is true then my ovulation period has
passed. My period should come on any day
now so I think I am going to wait.

You have the best chance when you're
ovulating (right before your period) or
right after your period. I, however, only
had to have sex three times, and now i'm
getting two little bundles of joy! :)
