Hi there. I am having two of my embryos from my ivf cycle transfered in the morning and I wondered if anyone whose been through ivf could tell me what worked for you in regards to rest afterwards. I have heard people swear by two weeks bedrest and others who have gone shopping afterwards and still were succesful.

Which is more sensible? Bedrest or normal activity.
