Q: Chlamydia - False Positive???

My doctor just told me I tested positive for chlamydia and gonorrea he wants me to start antibiotics but it is impossible for me to have gotten it. My husband and I were both tested before we started fertility treatment and then his sperm was tested before we did an iui 6 weeks ago. We haven't been allowed to have sex since. So what is this? Are false positives common? Could I get this any other way? Thanks so much.
