Rash On Scrotum?? Scared Help Asap!

I am 23 bout to be 24. Ok well last wednsday I noticed a itchy rash on my balls? It was't so bad just light red and dry. Well I put alcohol on the rash since I usually use it on my face if I get a rash. I break out easy with creams and lotions and stuff. Well I used it and all it did was make it worse I think. I got a raised red rash almost looks like the hair is gone there and raised red ???? It itches more when I think about it plus I read it could be a sign of a std, like herpes!!!???? I had unprotected sex prolly jan 3rd? She says shes never had a rash or anything like that and I trust her since I been with her b4 for like 2 months to 3 she got 2 kids and a hysterectomy.? I been with another gurl too for a few years and we never r unprotected. Am I just worried? I feel stupid but scared to death. I couldn't live with a std like with herpes for ever. Can it just be a rash from being int he woods for a few days? My friend he got a rash on his ear now too? Maybe we touched something? What should I do? I just got jock itch spray today. Please help me so I don't have a heart attack
