I remember feeling the exact same way
about the same time as you... I'm nearly
7 mths pregnant now. I also had a
couple uti's, one of which was bad enough
to cause me to bleed. I guess it's just
part of learning to become a mom, worrying
about everything that happens. But even
though I was convinced several times that
there was something horribly wrong, there
never has been, and my baby is kicking and
squirming around in there letting me know
he's doing just fine! Hang in there!
It gets easier!

Not Ready And Scared Posted: 08-14-03 16:56pm
I recently just found out that I was
pregnant. I am not married and not even
out of college yet. I have a serious
relationship and he says he will be behind
me 110% with whatever I want to do. I
really think I want to do this, but am
completely lost and scared. I don't know
what to do next. I went to a clinic and
they were not any help at all. They
basically told me that I was pregnant and
sent me on my way not knowing any answers
to my questions. This just left me even
more scared and doubtful that I can do
this. If anyone can give me some advice
on what to do next or how to start this
change the right way I would appreciate
it. I just need someone to give me some
advice. Thank you.

ok, when u go to the doctor, do you ask
him questions or u wait till he tells you
things? Becoz that's very important,
asking questions makes u more released and
makes u look very educated and went there
prepared.
But u have asked questions and they did
not answer them? Well that means u need
to change doctor! Fast!
U know? U are lucky that ur bf seemed to
be helping u and supporting u, and also u
know that u wanna keep this baby, coz alot
of girls dont even know what to do. So
now, u just need to focus on what u want
to do and how to make it work, dont worry.

it's normal for pregnant women to have
uti's or even virginal infection, but it's
also not good! And I hope u will be ok
soon!
Being pregnant and finally having
something u have been waiting for 3 years
is woderful, and I am so happy for you, so
since u already got what u want, why dont
u relax and let life takes u where u will
be.
It's gonna be a wonderful journey!
Enjoy!

A lot of times you will have bleeding in
the manner you described, particularly at
this stage. This kind of bleeding is
usually old blood due to the egg
implanting in the uterus.
Bleeding is always something to report to
your Dr. Though, you will want to let
your Dr. Know. Bleeding does not always
mean something bad though, don't worry.
Just find out for sure to put your mind at
ease.
