I was thinking about trying the new diet pill slimquick, but i'm just curious if it would decrease the effectiveness of my birth control pills. Any thought?

Thanks :)

That's a really good question. I've never heard that any diet pills could decrease the effectiveness of the pill and now you've got me worried. Does anyone know the answer to this question? I'd like to know myself now.

Hi! You might check with your pharmacist or the companies of the diet or b/c and in the meantime use a condom until you get some answers.
Good luck!

I've looked things up on the internet and as far as I can tell they don't have any effect on b/c pills, i'm just curious about it. Don't want to take any chances if I don't have to. Not that i'm looking to lose a ton of weight because i'm a healthy weight, just wanna burn some fat off my sides lol. I exercise 4 times a week... But I might just give it a try to see if it really works.

Ive just bought some diet aid pills today and I dont wanna start em until I know its ok with b/c. Will it make me sick coz of the combination!?!? Or should I just wait until I go off the pill to loose some weight?... Xxxx

Call your gynecologist and ask, but they shouldn't interfere in any way.
