Q: Weird Sinus Pain

Hey this is my first time on this site. My doctor doesn't seem to know how to help me. I have sinus pressure and frontal headaches. What is really odd is that when I drink alcohol, even just half a beer, I get terrible sinus pressure for at least a week. I also get dizzy and confused for days or even weeks, almost as if the alcohol is still in my system. I know it sounds weird. I do not have any allergies. I have tmj, but I doubt that is the problem because of constant post nasal drip. I won't get near a single drop of alcohol these days because it only makes it worse. The pressure will not leave and I am always tired. Help!
