thank you for your reply to my question i had ann eeg which showed only small abnormalities my ct scan was fine.i am now going to go for a sleep deprived eeg. was also wondering if u felt the weakness and fatigue is asociated with myoclonic epilepsy because my neurologist feels it should not be.obviously the waiting times are enormous here and i would like to get my health back. no medication is giving me the slightest change in my health.

Weakness and fatigue are more frequently caused by emotional stress than are symptoms of myoclonic epilepsy. I suggest that you wait for the results of the eeg and sleep deprived eeg examinations and then ask your neurologist to help diagnose these symptoms.
