Hi,
i am looking for specific regimens
(exercise, supplements, diet, anything)
for erectile dysfunction and / or
premature ejaculation.
I am a young and healthy guy with limited
sexual experience. I do not think that I
have any major health problems. I do not
smoke, drink, or do drugs. I do weights 3
times a week, do aerobics rarely (should I
do more?), i'm a vegetarian, and I am not
taking any meds. I think that I have both
ed and premature ejaculation problems. I
do not know why. I guess it could all
just be "in my head". But what does that
even mean? When I am with the girl that
I am with, I feel very much into her, very
comfortable, not stressed at all, etc. I
get an erection early on, but then when it
is time to act, I lose it. I get an
erection early on, almost as soon as we
start making out. Almost as soon as I
get it, there is fluid -- I am guessing
it's pre-cum, and I am guessing that it's
not normal to have it that early. Also,
again a guess, my erection, when I do have
it, is probably not as strong as it should
be.
So I am looking for all the different
specific approaches -- supplements,
relaxation, exercise, anything at all --
and I need to start right away. Which
foods / supplements / exercises / websites
/ books would you recommend?
One problem is that there seems to be some
conflicting information out there. For
example, some people say to masturbate
more to build up stamina. Others say not
to masturbate, because you become spent,
and because it conditions you to cum from
masturbation and not when you are with a
girl. Some say to do kegels, others say
to stay away from them.
Finally, during sex, what specifically do
you do to maintain an erection? I have
tried contracting the muscles. That
seems to work somewhat during
masturbation. During sex, I want to
contract them, but they just don't
contract.
