Q: Which Birth Control

Hi, my name is ashleigh and i'm probably making things more complicated than they have to be, anyways-i'm going to the doctor in january to get on birth control, and i'm not sure which type to go with, i'm very self concious about my weight, due to the fact that I used to be pretty chubby (in high school) ilost about 60 lbs. And want to make sure never to put it back on, please help with wich contraceptive would be best to my situation:)

Please help me, read my question here and in teen pregnancy, I would really hate to do something stupid, because no one would help me! I thought that's what this was for!

i have recently gone on ortho tricyclen lo and found it very challenging! I would reccomend the pill more than anything else, but just not ortho tricyclen lo. It has given me more troubles than luck. A different ortho tricyclen would be much more effective! Good luck! The pill is not know for weight gain, and I did not gain one ounce!!!

Lucky,

alot of people would disagree with me but I enjoyed the depo shot I had no period why I was on it and no weight gain and never got pregnant while on it but it takes about a yr for your system to get back to normal once you get on it. I agree with the person who posted before me try the pill .
