I am 19 years of age and during my early
highschool years I topped out at about
205. I lost approx 40-45 lbs. Things
were great and now as i'm getting older
i've noticed that my checks are very loose
and stretchy, just like my stomach and all
of my body from losing weight. I know
for your body you can work out, put muscle
under it all to help the sag. When it
comes to the face, your kinda limited..
I know theres face muscles and I supose to
work those out would help but sometimes I
just think I should put some mor weight
back on just to help puff out my cheeks so
I don't really want to have those frown
cheek lines when i'm only 19..Kinda makes
look alot older than I really am.
Theres face lifts, but that's just a
little extreme for me.
If anyone has had this problem and has any
feedback, i'd greatly appreciate it
