About a few days ago, I noticed stains in my underwear around where my penis sits. I didn't think anything serious of it, just ignored it. Now, the tip of my penis stings ever so slightly, and it burns when I pee. Also, i've been getting this yellowish-white secretion that leaks from my penis, and that's what has been causing the stains. I've been wrapping it up in toilet paper to keep it from staining my underwear. I smelled the excretion, and it smelled horrible. I did some research, and have come to find that it's possible I may have a yeast infection. I have not had sex in quite some time, so I don't think I extracted it from anyone else. The only thing that I think may have caused this problem is the fact that sometimes I use dirty socks to masturbate with. Can guys really get yeast infections, and if so, how do you treat them?

Edit: seems as though I may possibly have gonorrhea. Do these symptoms seem familiar with it?
