Pregnant While On the Pill!!?? Posted: 01-22-06 23:59pm
Hey, i'm jessica. Im 16 years of age, and
have poor gammar. So please dont mind it.
Anyway, i've been on the pill for about 6
months now.. And recently i've been
having unprotected sex with my boyfriend.
Neither of us have std's and were
comfortable with eachother. He also
withdrawls before he sperms. On average I
may forget 1 pill a month but ill take it
first thing the next day.. Maybe 6 or 7
hours later.. Now even tho im on the pill
and he withdrawls what would the chance be
that I would get pregnant? :?: I been
kinda worried about it because my parents
would kill me if I was.. Also, we had
sex on the day of my last active pill.
And the next day I was spotting brown.
Wich is the first day of my inactive sugar
pills.. Normally I dont get my period
untill 2 or 3 days into my sugar pills.
Could that be a sign of pregnancy? I dont
have any other signs. My breasts arent
soor. And im not really sick. But I do
get headaches alot.. But i've allways had
them. And they may also be a side effect
from the pill..

I don't think you are pregnant. You not
only are taking the pill but you are using
the withdrawl method. Sometimes sex can
bring a period on early or when you forget
a pill you can have breakthrough bleeding
or spotting. I think you are safe

That sounds completely normal! Also, just
becase you are 16 doesn't mean it is
hopeless. You do not necessarily need
parental consent for pregnancy termination
services, there are ways.. Just in case
you wanted to know.

Thank you soooo much for the support.. I
just got worried over nothing at all.. I
got my full heavy period on day 3 of sugar
pills.. And im kinda wishing it was gone
allready haha..Everythings back to
normal!! I also talked to my boyfriend
and he agreed to use protection so I dont
worry anymore... Also he agreed to not
have sex for 4 months untill I know
exactly how my period acts.. He said even
after 4 months we may not for a while...
Because hes just entering college and im
getting ready to get my lisence.. Theres
no way we can even take a chance at having
a child.. So we've settled everything. I
thank you soo very much because you made
my worrying go away!
